About

Terry is excited to be here at Wheeling University! He currently lives in Oakdale, PA with his fiancé Shawnel, child Levia 13, stepchildren, Jayden 11, Aubree 9 and their Alapaha Blueblood bulldog, Buddy. Terry has a Bachelor of Science degree in restaurant management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  He has over 20 years in the food and beverage industry working mainly in hotels and contract dining.  In his free time, Terry enjoys spending time with his family and watching all sports, especially golf and tennis.  At age 10 Terry won the local Junior Tennis Tournament for ages 12-14! He is also a HUGE fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Penguins.  If you see Terry around campus be sure to introduce yourself and say, Hello!

About

Mark has over 44 years of experience in the food and beverage industry! He currently resides in Wheeling, WV with his wife of 32 years, Diane.  Together they have 2 children and 6 grandchildren.  Mark enjoys spending quality time with his grandchildren and watching sports.  Mark oversees the coffee shop and catering events on campus.  Feel free to reach out to him with any questions. 

Noah Fraley

Get To Know Them:

About Noah

Noah grew up in Charleston, WV and eventually moved to Cannonsburg, PA.  Upon graduation, Noah quickly jumped into the culinary field, landing a job as a line cook at Stonepeppers Grill in Upper St. Claire, PA.  This is where his love for food began. 

Four years past, and a couple of different endeavors outside of the food industry, Noah found himself back in kitchen and fell in love all over again.  He was hired as a Sous Chef for an upscale catering and event venue, where he became familiar with Itailan cuisine and the tricks of the trade in upscale catering. 

In 2016, Noah dove into the contract dining business, landing his first Executive Chef position at the Linsly School, a private institution in Wheeling, WV.  He was the Executive Chef there for 6 years, before taking on the role of Executive Chef at Wheeling University in September 2022.  Noah resides in Washington, PA with his wife and two kids.  Noah quotes “it isn’t a job, it’s a passion.”  Noah’s main goal is to cook good food and leave guests anxious for more.  Welcome to the Cardinal Family Chef Noah!

Scott Roskovich

About Scott

Born in Wheeling, West Virginia, Scott started in the culinary field over 20 years ago as a dishwasher and bus boy.  Scott worked here and at Bethany College for ten years, before being hired by Aladdin this past September.  Scott has one daughter who is in the nursing program at Ohio University.  He enjoys playing poker and listening to music on his days off.

Terrie was born and raised in Wheeling, WV, where she currently resides with her husband of 39 years, Kevin.  Together they have two adult children, Torre and Summer.  Terrie has over 20 years of experience and can be found in the Benedum dining room.  When Terrie is not spending time with her grandchildren, she enjoys baking, exercising, shopping and serving God.  What makes Terrie happy is family and the unconditional love of God.
