About

Terry is excited to be here at Wheeling University! He currently lives in Oakdale, PA with his fiancé Shawnel, child Levia 13, stepchildren, Jayden 11, Aubree 9 and their Alapaha Blueblood bulldog, Buddy. Terry has a Bachelor of Science degree in restaurant management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  He has over 20 years in the food and beverage industry working mainly in hotels and contract dining.  In his free time, Terry enjoys spending time with his family and watching all sports, especially golf and tennis.  At age 10 Terry won the local Junior Tennis Tournament for ages 12-14! He is also a HUGE fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Penguins.  If you see Terry around campus be sure to introduce yourself and say, Hello!

About

Mark has over 44 years of experience in the food and beverage industry! He currently resides in Wheeling, WV with his wife of 32 years, Diane.  Together they have 2 children and 6 grandchildren.  Mark enjoys spending quality time with his grandchildren and watching sports.  Mark oversees the coffee shop and catering events on campus.  Feel free to reach out to him with any questions.

About Donnie

Donnie has over 20 years of experience in food service where he started as a line cook and worked his way to manager.  He has been working at Wheeling University for over 10 years and enjoys it!  Donnie was born in Wheeling, WV, grew up in Moundsville, WV and now lives in Glen Dale, WV. He graduated in 2001 from Bishop Donahue High School then went to West Virgina Northern Community College where he received an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts.  Donnie has a 14-year-old son named Andrew (AJ), 2 dogs (Baby and Gizamaluke), and 2 Cats (Fizzgig and Sarlacc).  In his free time, he collects old video games and video game systems, he enjoys watching movies, hunting, fishing and gardening.

About David

David was born and raised in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  He is outgoing and loves to converse with everyone!  He moved to West Virginia after he graduated High School to study culinary arts in Wheeling, West Virginia.  David has over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry.  In his free time David likes to spend time with his family, he enjoys golfing, being an xbox and pc gamer, he is a sport fanatic and loves the Steelers, Atlanta Braves, West Virginia University and University of South Carolina Gamecocks. A fun fact about David? He collects hot sauces.  If you see him around campus be sure to stop and say Hi to him, he would love to talk to you.

About

Terrie was born and raised in Wheeling, WV, where she currently resides with her husband of 39 years, Kevin.  Together they have two adult children, Torre and Summer.  Terrie has over 20 years of experience and can be found in the Benedum dining room.  When Terrie is not spending time with her grandchildren, she enjoys baking, exercising, shopping and serving God.  What makes Terrie happy is family and the unconditional love of God.
